Editor 15/11/2025: A Civic Action Programme successfully organized at 12nd November 2025 at Vaseitlang-I Village under the Supervision of Sh Sanjay chauhan Commandant 92 BN BSF.
The event aimed to create sence of security among the civil population and friendly relations between the security forces/administration and the local community by addressing civic needs and promoting social welfare. During the programme, essential items such as [Blanket, Life Jacket, Volleyball and Net, Water bottle, School bag, emergency light,container, Dustbin Football and Jersey,Solar light, Geometry and pencil box, sintex 200 ltr, plastic chair,umbrella, mosquito net, water camper] were distributed to the villagers. Various awareness sessions were also held on topics like health and hygiene, education, environmental conservation, and women empowerment.
As part of the programme, a Free Medical Camp was also organized for the villagers. The camp was led by Dr. Aftab Faiz, 2IC/CMO (OG) of 92 BN BSF and Civil Doctor Dr. Baby Lalthansangi Synod mission Board Presbyterian Church of India provided free health check-ups, distributed essential medicines, and guided the villagers on maintaining good hygiene and preventive healthcare. He appreciated the villagers for their cooperation and assured continued support for their welfare and security.
